Mechanical Superintendent
We're seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to lead our project team, ensuring timely completion with high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience, OSHA 30 certification, and proficiency in construction management technologies.
Position Details/Responsibilities:
- Manage, evaluate, and train field project team members.
- Plan, organize, and direct production of contracted work.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades.
- Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to resolve conflicts and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure all installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.
- Manage material and personnel requirements to meet schedules.
- Adhere to our standards of quality, safety, and best practices.
Here's What We're Looking For:
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Skilled field supervisor with 10+ years of experience managing crews and multimillionaire-dollar construction projects.
- Experience with multi-family residential and commercial projects preferred.
- An active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
- Experience with construction project management and technology applications such as Bluebeam, BIM 360, Fieldwire, Procore, OpenSpace, and CrewConnect preferred.
