Exciting Opportunity for Mechanical Project Manager Experienced in Construction
We are looking for a experienced Mechanical Project Managers responsible for a leading mechanical contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Effectively manage a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers & Project Engineers
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status and progress.
- Manage multiple large scale projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience managing mechanical construction projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a project management role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
