As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing mechanical projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage mechanical projects valued between $10 million and $50 million.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
- Work closely with the VP to ensure efficient project execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the mechanical contracting industry.
- Proven track record of managing projects in the $10 million to $50 million range.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experinece in Office/Residential Construction Projects is advantageous but not essential
