Exciting Opportunity for Project Executive in Mechanical Construction Projects
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Senior Project Managers to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our construction projects.
Location: Dulles, Virginia
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status and progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience managing industrial & mechanical construction projects, with a minimum of 10 years in a project management role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
