Key Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of professional experience preparing estimates for mechanical projects
- Ability to read, understand, and assign costs to all bid-related documents including drawings, specs, instructions to bidders, etc
- Understands Accubid, Bluebeam, and other mechanical take-off software
