Job title: Mechanical Engineer

Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven mechanical engineer to join our team! A successful candidate will have 6 years of experience with Revit models, developing construction documents, and team collaboration to ensure project completion. Our client specializes in healthcare engineering and commissioning, delivering innovative design solutions for buildings and spaces used for recovery, education, research, and development.
Essential Functions:
- Carry out property and facility condition assessments (PCAs and FCAs) alongside a team of architectural and engineering experts.
- Support clients in preparing annual budgets for capital, operations, and maintenance expenses.
- Conduct peer reviews of building designs.
- Execute energy audits, system commissioning, forensic evaluations, construction management, and design and assessments of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Communicate with clients and on-site personnel.
- Participate in a variety of projects that present unique challenges and opportunities to make a significant impact.
- Travel to project sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- At least 6 years of experience in the engineering design and/or evaluation of building mechanical and plumbing systems
