Create, supervise, and handle subdivision maps, survey records, ALTA surveys, lot line adjustments, legal descriptions, condominium plans, and other related subdivision/survey tasks.
Track budgets, schedules, and collaborate with engineering Project Managers.
Develop project strategies, organize, and carry out mapping activities.
2+ years of general survey and mapping education, with up to six years or more of experience, or a combination of college and design experience in land boundaries and titles.
Have at least two years of experience independently resolving complex mapping or engineering issues.
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in the State of California is strongly preferred.
