Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Valuation Litigation practice, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Serve as an expert witness in litigation cases, providing credible and compelling testimony.
- Conduct comprehensive business valuations and financial analyses to support legal proceedings.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate revenue and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in forensic accounting and business valuation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFF, ABV, CFE) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in forensic accounting, with a focus on business valuation for litigation.
- Extensive experience serving as an expert witness in high-stakes litigation cases.
