The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in economic analysis within these fields, with a proven track record of leadership and business development. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee economic research and analysis projects related to intellectual property and antitrust issues.
- Provide strategic economic insights and recommendations to clients on IP and antitrust matters.
- Manage and mentor a team of economists and analysts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct complex economic modelling and forecasting specific to IP and antitrust cases.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Stay updated on global economic trends, IP laws, and antitrust policy changes.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in economic analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, particularly in IP and antitrust economics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
