The ideal candidate will have a strong background in valuation for litigation, with a proven track record of providing expert testimony and managing complex valuation projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage valuation engagements for litigation purposes, including damage assessments, business valuations, and financial analysis.
- Provide expert testimony in court and arbitration settings.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed valuation reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with legal teams to support litigation strategies.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in valuation for litigation.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, ASA, or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in valuation for litigation, with a strong emphasis on expert testimony.
