Position Overview: As an LSRP you will be responsible for managing complex site remediation projects and ensuring compliance with New Jersey regulations. You will leverage your expertise to bring in significant environmental work and foster strong client relationships. Your managerial experience will be critical in guiding project teams to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale site remediation projects from inception to completion.
Ensure compliance with New Jersey environmental regulations and industry standards.
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Provide technical oversight and guidance to project teams.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and pursue opportunities for new environmental projects and client engagements.
Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff and project managers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
LSRP certification in New Jersey.
10+ years of experience in site remediation and environmental consulting.
In-depth knowledge of New Jersey environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven track record of bringing in significant environmental work.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
