Low Voltage Designer - Job Description
Location:
Based on the West Coast, preferably in Seattle, or alternatively in Denver
Significant work along the West Coast, with a focus on various projects across multiple regions
The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel within the region
Role Specifics:
Develop detailed design plans for low voltage systems
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with industry standards
Engage in multidisciplinary telecom projects, providing design support and technical expertise
Participate in client meetings and discussions to understand and address their requirements
High-level consulting role with a focus on strategic decision-making rather than hands-on design tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ Years Industry Experience
Experience in designing low voltage systems, including structured cabling, security systems, and AV systems
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of telecommunications and network infrastructure
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Ability to manage technical risks and provide innovative solutions
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and best practices for telecom infrastructure
