Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Live Events Production Designer based in USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually stunning live events. You will collaborate with clients, production teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution that aligns with creative visions and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present event design concepts, including stage layouts, lighting, set designs, and branding elements.
Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and technical teams to understand event objectives and translate them into engaging visual experiences.
Create 2D and 3D renderings, technical drawings, and mood boards to communicate design ideas effectively.
Work closely with fabrication teams, set builders, and AV professionals to ensure designs are executed accurately.
Oversee on-site setup and execution to maintain design integrity and troubleshoot any production challenges.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and innovative design techniques to elevate event experiences.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Event Design, Theater Production, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in live event production design, stage design, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of stage design, lighting design, and audio-visual integration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey creative ideas effectively.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to last-minute changes.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
