My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Live Events Account Executive to work with their team in Orlando, Florida. The executive will be responsible for managing and growing their live events accounts, providing exceptional client service, and driving business growth. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively with their team members to deliver outstanding live event experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Event Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of live events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and growing existing accounts.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to deliver seamless and successful events.
- Marketing Support: Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and making recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or event planning.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the live events industry and its trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
