Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and agencies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to understand client needs, propose solutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the corporate live events and agency markets.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, client meetings (virtual or in-person as required), and negotiations.
Event Strategy and Execution Support:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and deliver high-impact live events, including conferences, product launches, and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with production, creative, and technical teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Market Expertise:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in live events.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
Administrative and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 3-5+ years of proven success in sales or account management within the corporate live events or agency space.
- Familiarity with event production, AV technology, and experiential marketing.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
