LVI is actively searching for a seasoned Forensic Accountant/Business Valuation Expert Witness at the Director/Managing Director/Partner level to spearhead our client's FVLS practice. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering meticulous analysis and overseeing projects related to commercial damages, claims, investigations, business valuation or disputes. Candidates are preferred to have a proven track record of revenue generation over the past 5 years and experience as an Expert Witness. Remote working available for candidates out of state.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed analysis and oversight on projects pertaining to commercial damages, claims, and investigations, business valuation or disputes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in business development, contributing to the growth of the FVLS practice.
- Quantify claim/dispute-related damages with precision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees and CPA license are preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the field.
- Proven experience in delivering detailed forensic accounting reports.
- Expert witness testimony experience is a valuable asset.
