Job Description: As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our offshore wind scale projects. You will be responsible for coordinating technical requirements between the R&D team and customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of the company's wind energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical engineering efforts for offshore wind projects.
- Coordinate technical requirements and specifications between R&D and customers.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for components.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:
