Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage dynamic studies projects from conception to completion, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct advanced dynamic analyses using simulation software and analytical methods to solve complex engineering problems.
- Develop innovative methodologies for dynamic testing, validation, and optimization of mechanical systems.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their engineering challenges and provide expert recommendations and solutions.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in simulation software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, or equivalent.
