Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Dynamic Studies Engineer to join our consulting team. You will lead dynamic studies projects, provide technical guidance, and work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions to their engineering needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage dynamic studies projects from conception to completion, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct advanced dynamic analyses using simulation software and analytical methods to solve complex engineering problems.
- Develop innovative methodologies for dynamic testing, validation, and optimization of mechanical systems.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their engineering challenges and provide expert recommendations and solutions.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in dynamic studies, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into project deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in dynamic studies, with expertise in structural dynamics, vibration analysis, and/or fluid-structure interaction.
- Proficiency in simulation software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and drive results.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is a plus.
