Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in estimating or working with transmission and distribution EPC or construction contractors, with 4 years specifically in estimating roles.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in developing estimates and bidding for T&D construction work.
- Familiarity with factors affecting work productivity and adeptness in incorporating them into cost estimates.
