Responsibilities:
- Supervise Landscape and Urban Design Teams across various offices, collaborating closely with Community Planning, Environmental, and Cultural teams.
- Lead project management tasks, including proposal development, defining project scopes and budgets, establishing schedules, and conducting profitability analyses.
- Provide oversight for professional and technical staff, including recruitment, performance evaluations, optimizing assignments, and promoting teamwork.
- Manage team workflows, project assignments, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project requirements.
- Exemplify the firm's vision, mission, and core values consistently in work and interactions.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Community Planning, Urban Design, or a closely related field.
- Possess over 15 years of relevant experience in consulting, agency, or municipal roles, with at least 2 years in consulting.
- Have at least 4 years of supervisory and leadership experience.
- Hold a Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) registration in NY.
- Demonstrate strong skills in project, client, and profit management, as well as people management.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hold a Master's degree in a related field.
- Have experience in a multidisciplinary consulting firm.
- Possess business development experience.
