Known for delivering high-profile projects such as The Hub Knoxville, Tennessee National, and East Bank Nashville, the firm offers a dynamic, stable, and rewarding environment for experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil site/land development projects from concept to completion, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met.
- Serve as the primary client contact, developing scopes, proposals, and overseeing delivery.
- Lead business development efforts, including proposals and relationship building.
- Provide technical guidance, resolve project challenges, and occasionally serve as technical lead.
- Foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field (PE registration required).
- 8+ years of experience in land development and project management.
- Strong technical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
