Job Description:
- Lead the land development engineering team in our West Palm Beach office.
- Drive business development and client relationships, contributing to the strategic growth of the Florida market.
- Oversee and manage a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects from concept to completion.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to engineers and project managers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the highest quality standards in design, permitting, and construction.
- Represent the firm in business development meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida.
- 10+ years of experience in land development engineering, with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
- Strong business development acumen with experience in client relations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- A natural leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
