For over 20 years, they have built strong, long-term relationships with top developers, home builders, and commercial clients across Florida. About the Role
As a Project Manager you will be instrumental in leading and managing land development projects across the Tampa region. They are looking for a proactive leader with experience in residential and commercial land development in Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Senior Project Manager in Tampa.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project team members to ensure performance and career growth.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and revenue targets while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with long-term clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with senior/project managers to resolve staffing, quality, and productivity challenges.
- Handle additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the state of Florida.
- 5+ years of progressive civil engineering experience in land development.
- Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and legal documents.
- Proven expertise in engineering principles, project management, and problem-solving.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and implement best practices for efficiency.
