Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale residential community development projects from initial concept to final completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to project schedules, scope, and quality measures.
- Foster effective communication and coordination across departments to ensure project success.
- Provide transparent updates and reports to stakeholders, maintaining proactive management practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years in land development, with a preference for experience in large-scale residential master-planned communities.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex projects, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and collaboration abilities.
