Key Responsibilities:
- Technical design, planning for installation, and selection of equipment for EV chargers.
- Oversee the installation work and manage QA/QC processes.
- Ensure compliance with Japanese construction regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project timelines are met.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to standards.
- Provide technical support and training to team members.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation and management of electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese construction regulations and standards.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
