Our client is a well reputed boutique sized IPP that's continuing to build their US based remote team across the US. Our client's portfolio is comprised of all large MW utility-scale solar & energy storage projects across the country, with notable achievements & milestones in the ERCOT energy market.
This is a fantastic opportunity for for any experienced Project Managers that are eager to join a shop that they have full control of their career and will benefit off a smaller company culture with a very impressive PE backed funding.
Candidates can sit 100% remote from the US. Compensation range is wide as it will be based on direct related years of experience and correlation to the role. Additional benefits include bonus & additional bonus/profit sharing.
Your qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of experience leading & managing projects in the utility-scale renewable energy space -- no preference to solar or energy storage, but large utility-scale projects a must.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working for a US based renewable energy IPP, developer, EPC, engineering firm.
- Experience working from a civil, electrical, or structural lense of a project - huge plus if you have started your career on the engineering side in an engineering role and have since progressed into a PM function.
- A go - getter attitude - this team is smaller and growing, especially with this role sitting remote we are looking with candidates that display the right drive for enthusiasm & team collaboration.
- Experience working on projects in at least two of these regions: WECC, CAISO, ERCOT, MISO, PJM, SWPP.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- PE License not required.
