Job Title: Interior Superintendent
Location: Aventura, Florida
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Interior Superintendent to join our team for an ongoing multifamily project in Aventura, Florida. This project involves an 8-story building with 350 luxury units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury multifamily or high-end interiors and be ready to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all interior construction activities to ensure high-quality standards and timely completion.
Manage subcontractors and trades, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and designers to resolve any issues and maintain project progress.
Monitor and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
Ensure that the site remains clean and organised, minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in luxury multifamily or high-end interior construction.
Proven track record of successfully managing interior construction projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Compensation:
Salary range: $90,000 - $130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
Bonus potential: 15% annually.
