Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and health of our employees and the environment. This position involves working closely with project managers and HSE managers to establish and maintain safety systems and protocols, specifically for renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in establishing safety production assurance, safety protection, and mechanical safety systems for renewable energy projects.
- Correct unsafe conditions and illegal operations.
- Manage and inspect safety functions, and implement national and company safety regulations.
- Maintain safety records and manage safety data.
- Conduct safety education, training, and assessments for all employees.
- Participate in construction planning and safety meetings for renewable energy projects.
- Implement laws, regulations, and standards to prevent accidents and illegal operations.
- Participate in accident analysis and assist in construction site safety management.
- Inspect construction sites and manage equipment and facilities acceptance.
- Maintain ISO Environment and Occupational Health Management systems.
- Develop and implement project emergency rescue plans.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HSE management.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in safety management.
