Job Description:
We have a current opportunity for an HR Expert (Kobe) on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Yokohama. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Conduct performance management and employee development programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience/understanding in the maritime or (renewable)energy sector.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
