Well-established and reputable general contracting firm in Massachusetts is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee land development and civil construction projects. With a diverse portfolio that includes Bridge construction, site work, marine construction, concrete work, and utility work, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing 2-3 project engineers or assistant project managers, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare bid packages, bid tabulations, and provide recommendations for owner selections.
- Manage scheduling, budgeting, and bidding processes.
- Review and approve requests for changes.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in the industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and design within the construction industry.
- Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills.
