Salary: $125,000+ $175,000 + Bonus(s)

Position Summary:
As a Heavy Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion. Your leadership and expertise will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee heavy civil construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project milestones.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project success.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the heavy civil construction sector.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects, including roads, bridges, and infrastructure development.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar).
