Salary: $120,000- $180,000 + Bonus(s)

Position Overview: They are seeking a dedicated Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage their underground wet utilities, road construction, and paving projects in Seattle. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing large-scale civil projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple heavy civil projects simultaneously, including underground wet utilities, road construction, and paving.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines and financial constraints.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
- Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing underground wet utilities, road construction, and paving projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Experience with project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Ability to lead and motivate a project team to achieve project goals.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction management software.
