Position: Heavy Civil Project Manager
Location: Portland, Oregon
Salary: $120,000- $180,000 + Bonus(s)

Experience Needed:
- Demonstrated experience managing heavy civil projects, particularly focusing on deep underground wet utilities and large diameter pipe installations.
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Extensive knowledge of industry best practices, safety regulations, and quality standards related to heavy civil construction projects.
- Experience collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and maintain positive working relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management, with a focus on deep underground wet utilities and large diameter pipe projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Procore, or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address project challenges and mitigate risks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by project demands.
