Our LVI Building & Construction team are currently working with a small, well-respected general contractor in the Houston area. With a strong pipeline of projects slated for 2024, they are actively seeking a Superintendent with a strong MEP background and experience leading ground-up healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the successful execution of ground-up healthcare projects with a specialized focus on MEP systems
- Lead and coordinate MEP aspects, ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Mentor on-site teams, leveraging your experience to drive project success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of completing several ground-up healthcare projects.
- Proven track record of completing several ground-up commercial or light industrial projects.
- Strong expertise in MEP systems, codes, and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
