The Healthcare Architect will be responsible for:
- Leadership and technical execution of project design building code and stamping, and technical quality of project documentation
- Plan and conduct work requiring independent judgment and evaluation
- Stamping and sealing bid documents
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and ADA requirements
- Assist the project director in developing project staff hours
- Mentor junior staff
- Work collaboratively in a cross discipline environment to produce integrated project documents
The Healthcare Architect should possess the following qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Must be a Registered Architect
- At least 7 years of related experience
- Data center, academic, Healthcare, or science and technology experience is preferred
- Requires knowledge of code principals and architectural practice
- Ability to use CAD of BIM software
- Ability to lead others
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills
- Requires basic knowledge on firm financial metrics in relation to project management
