With over six decades of experience, they work closely with a wide network of leading architects and developers across various commercial sectors, including education, healthcare, hospitality, government, sports facilities, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, developers, and general contractors, particularly within key regions.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events (virtually or in person) to grow professional connections and generate new business.
- Assist in the company's efforts to expand into new regions and service areas.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience in commercial real estate or business development is preferred but not required. Our client also welcomes entry-level candidates eager to learn and grow.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and team members professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and contribute to the team's overall success.
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $150,000
