Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the BIM team, ensuring the successful implementation of BIM processes and standards across all mission-critical projects.
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices tailored to mission-critical environments.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM into the design and construction processes, enhancing project efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
- Provide training and support to staff on BIM tools and workflows, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in BIM technology and practices, and implement new tools and methodologies as appropriate.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in mission-critical environments.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
