A highly technical Geotechnical Design firm is looking for a P.E Licensed, Geotechnical Professional to provide support and consultancy in bidding for exciting, unique multi-market projects.
The successful candidate will be attentive and motivated to ensure colleagues are producing the highest standard design and proposal for large scope projects.

Responsibilities:
Strategic planning for their Region.
Identify and cultivate key teaming partner relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
Research, find and understand Geotechnical construction opportunities that are a strategic fit for the Company.
Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators as part of The Company's management team.
Create and expand The Company's footprint in the marketplace and build positive top of mind awareness.
Evaluate sites, assist with estimates, and prepare proposals.
Promotes and maintains a culture of high responsiveness, customer service, quality, safety and continuous improvement.
Attends and hosts client meetings, trade shows, business development meetings and other miscellaneous industry-related events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering degree preferred with 3+ years of experience. A Master's degree is strongly advised.
P.E. License in state of California
Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skills.
Ability to make decisions and assessments quickly and accurately.
Ability to travel as needed to accomplish position objectives.
Self-starter that can self-manage.
Adaptability to various reporting / dashboarding platforms used for forecasting and customer relationship management.
Compensation: Base Salary $90,000 to $120,000
Commission OTE of $30,000 in first year
