Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Geotechnical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Massachusetts. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team and contribute to a variety of projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct geotechnical investigations and analyses for a range of projects.
- Prepare technical reports, including geotechnical evaluations and recommendations.
- Design foundations, retaining structures, and other geotechnical systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative engineering solutions.
- Oversee fieldwork, including soil sampling, testing, and site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Massachusetts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in geotechnical software and tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
