Job Description: They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join the team in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and providing technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead geotechnical investigations and analyses for a variety of projects, including infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments.
- Develop and review geotechnical reports, designs, and recommendations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and oversee fieldwork, including soil sampling and testing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
