Overview: A prominent offshore wind developer is seeking an experienced Foundations Package Manager to join their team in Taiwan. This role focuses on overseeing the full project life cycle of foundation packages for offshore wind farms. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale renewable energy projects and a strong track record in delivering comprehensive project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, design, procurement, and construction of foundation packages for offshore wind farms.
Oversee all project phases, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budget, and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with local authorities, communities, and partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in offshore wind or renewable energy projects.
Proven track record of successfully leading the full project life cycle of foundation packages for offshore wind farms.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
