As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automation and control systems for various industries.
Provide on-site and remote support for clients, including startups, commissioning, and routine maintenance.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate and test new systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, VFDs, and other automation components.
Conduct system upgrades and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports of service calls and performance tests.
Ensure excellent customer service by providing timely and effective solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in system integration.
Strong technical expertise in automation systems such as PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA, HMIs, and VFDs.
Proven experience in system troubleshooting and repair.
Willingness to travel frequently for on-site visits and installations.
Must be based near Rossville, GA or able to work remotely if located near Atlanta International Airport.
Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
