Position Summary:
LVI Associates are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee restoration and specialty contracting projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering quality results. This role involves collaborating with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including pre-construction, execution, and close-out.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead project teams, including field staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
- Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide regular project updates and address any concerns promptly.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Oversee project quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Budget Management:
- Track project costs and manage resources to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Prepare and submit accurate project reports, including cost analysis and forecasting.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Address unforeseen challenges with creative and effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction, restoration, or specialty contracting.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
- Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, waterproofing systems, and façade maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to safety best practices.
