**Job Title: Heavy Civil Superintendent**

**Position Overview:** Our client is seeking experienced Foremen and Superintendents with 5-10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success on multi-million dollar projects and a strong understanding of construction practices and techniques.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Manage and mentor field personnel
**Qualifications:**
- 5-10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
- Experience on multi-million dollar projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- DOT experience is a plus
