🔹 Prepare detailed cost estimates for industrial and commercial construction projects

🔹 Work closely with project managers and design teams to develop accurate and competitive bids
🔹 Evaluate subcontractor quotes and maintain strong vendor relationships
🔹 Utilize advanced estimation software and tools to streamline workflows
What We're Looking For:
🔸 5+ years of experience as an Estimator in the general contracting or industrial construction space
🔸 Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and market trends
🔸 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
🔸 Proven track record of preparing competitive bids and budget management
🔸 Experience with design-build and self-perform construction is a plus!
