Their portfolio includes large-scale energy storage projects that enhance the reliability and efficiency of renewable energy sources. They are seeking an experienced ESS Sales Manager to join our team in Hsinchu and lead the growth of our energy storage business in the region.
Job Summary: The ESS Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities for large-scale energy storage projects in Taiwan. This role requires a deep understanding of the energy storage market, strong relationships with key stakeholders, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for large-scale energy storage projects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including utility-scale, commercial, and industrial energy storage projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utility companies, government agencies, project developers, and EPC contractors.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and finance, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on large-scale energy storage projects.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets in the energy storage or renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of energy storage technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in Taiwan.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
