One of our clients is hiring a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Field Service Engineer to join their team in Tokyo!
The company is a famous German biomass company, with around 40+ biomass projects in Japan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for various on site activities, ensuring smooth operations and maintenance of electrical systems. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with power and utility companies and provide support in electrical engineering, particularly with single-line diagrams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage on site activities to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent and resolve any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with power and utility companies to coordinate services and resolve any operational issues.
- Provide technical support and expertise in electrical engineering, with a focus on single-line diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all on site activities.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer and Field Service Engineer.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese.
- Industry experience in power, biomass power plant operations, or the automotive industry.
- Willingness and ability to travel to on site locations as required.
