Mechanical/Electrical Designer (Columbus OH and Cincinnati OH)
We are currently seeking a qualified Mechanical/Electrical Designer to join our team! The Mechanical/Electrical Designer is responsible for performing all project tasks to meet the technical requirements and goals of the client while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Perform site visits and surveys of existing facilities.
- Design and draft MEP plans and construction documents.
- Apply knowledge of fundamental thermodynamic codes.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with the project team.
- Assist senior management in QA/QC review of project submissions.
- Work closely with project teams to effectively deliver the scope of work.
- Promote and support quality assurance and quality control processes to improve deliverables and reduce design errors and omissions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of job-related experience in the MEP field.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or other discipline-specific programs preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and small business environments is a plus.
Salary is commensurate with experience and knowledge of job requirements.
