Electrical Project Manager - San Francisco
Large Data Center or Healthcare Construction
Salary: $115,000- $150,000
We are currently seeking to add an experienced Electrical Project Manager for one of the most competitive electrical contractors in the US. After working closely with the Subcontractor that is hiring for these positions for many years now, they have decided to expand their data center teams after having to turn work away as they need to expand their teams.
The company are very well known in the West Coast and East Coast construction markets, and have a presence among the leading developers and data center construction clients in the world.
They currently have projects located in San Francisco which have already broken ground with total project value of just under $500M in electrical construction. On top of this, they have roughly $500M in NEW ground up projects booked for this year, so a leader in the electrical mission critical construction space is needed to come in and assist the executive team.

Required Experience for role:
5+ years of large Commercial Construction is essential
5+ years of handling electrical construction contracts in data centers is admired
Having strong relationships within San Francisco
Experience working on Electrical Aspects of projects valued over $50M
Must have experience working for electrical subcontractors
Preferred experience for role:
Minimum 10 years of Electrical Construction Experience
Minimum 10 years of handling projects valued over $200M
Poses strong relationship building skills
