Job Description: LVI Associates are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Enclosure Consultant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in building enclosure design, analysis, and consulting. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the performance and durability of building envelopes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building enclosure assessments and provide recommendations for design and construction.
- Perform thermal, moisture, and structural analysis of building envelopes.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative and sustainable enclosure solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building enclosure consulting.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, systems, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, THERM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Professional licensure or certification is a plus.
